Shipping policy
All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. If you don't receive an email within 5 business days of purchase please contact us at rachel@theouteast.com. If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for undelivered/stolen or lost claims. Please contact USPS for any questions regarding missing packages.
